Deposit
Send your deposit by Zelle or Apple Pay — cash is highly preferred when you’re paying in person! Select “paying a friend” to prevent any blockages on my end. Your booking is confirmed once I’ve marked the deposit received! ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧
Refunds & cancellations
Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations within 48 hours, same-day changes, and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to simplify your design, or cancel/reschedule the appointment — in which case the deposit is forfeited. There is no late fee.
Health & nail care
I will not work on nails affected by fungus, open wounds, green staining (pseudomonas), or damaged nail beds. Please arrive knowing the design you’d like — and if you’re unsure about anything, message me at least a day beforehand so I could help you !
